Editor-in-Chief

E. Steven Duke, DDS, MSD, has been serving as the Editor-in-Chief of Contemporary Esthetics for 9 years. Dr. Duke is presently Chief of Dental Services at the Alaska Veteran’s Administration Health Care System. Prior to that, he was Chief of Dental Services for the Central Texas Veteran’s Health Care System. He was a Professor and Chairman, Indiana Dental Association, and Endowed Chair of Restorative Dentistry, Department of Restorative Dentistry, Indiana University School of Dentistry. He is the former Director of Research, Dental School, University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, as well as the former Director of Clinical Investigations, University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is a Colonel, US Air Force, Chairman, Dental Materials, and former Chief of Restorative Dentistry, Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center. He is also Past President of the International Association for Dental Research, Dental Materials Group.
