Kodak expects the product—Cook-Waite Marcaine 0.5% with epinephrine 1:200,000 (as bitartrate) (bupivacaine hydrochloride and epinephrine injection, USP) local injectable anesthetic—to be available to dental professionals in the United States in early December.
